Core Responsibilities•Improve sales capabilities in a consistent manner across Market Groups.
•Ensure a tight link between the Global Market & Commercial Development team and Sales organizations.
•To coordinate and improve sales execution infrastructure and capabilities on Market Group level through systems/tools/processes as well as a clearly articulated guiding framework.
•Support and drive collaboration with a focus on execution with other functions
•Support strategic planning and implementation of the Global channel strategy and drive portfolio segmentation
•Utilise sales tools to optimise and create analytical range plans to elevate performance across all sales channels
•Develop assortment and planogram guidelines, based on global approach
•In collaboration with marketing and operations communicate clear go to market launch plans, promotional plans and drive execution
•Create and deliver selling in material to sales teams and customers (including managing product preview process)
•Support sales and operational planning with key product portfolio insights
•Work with Global product and commercial teams to support global activities.

With a focus on executing our product portfolio at retail through strong collaboration , process implementation and with a change mindset to help continue our drive to deliver excellence in execution
Do you have what it takes?•Bachelor degree or above
•Experience in China Market is essential
•6+ years Sales or Marketing experiences in leading FMCG companies
•Knowledge and Understanding of category management, space planning and processes
•Strong strategic thinking , Can do attitude
•Demonstrates self motivation, flexibility and teamwork in a dynamic team environment
•Strong analytical capabilities
•IT skills: Excellent user of MS Office tools
•Strong business acumen and ability to translate data to business insights
•Strong retail background and broad business understanding
•Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
