Understand the needs of your stakeholders. Design the reporting and analysis solutions to support them.

As a manager, you will join the Corporate Finance Reporting and Business Intelligence team of approximately 30 colleagues and work within a close-knit Business Intelligence sub-team of 8. The Business Intelligence team ensures the financial and sales data integrity, owns the performance reporting tools for the entire LEGO® organization, trains the organization on data and tools.

By supporting colleagues from different functions (sales, operation, finance, marketing), you will be exposed to a large part of the organization, building and leading training sessions, resolving system and data related issues with the help of the IT department, improving the processes to create the foundation for enhanced reporting solutions.

You will be primarily responsible for the Point-of-Sale and Selling-in Sales data. You will coordinate the data flow making the best use of robotics, you will accompany the deployment of Power BI and other BI tools like SAC to communicate on the forecast and on the actuals. Your business understanding will allow you to translate your stakeholders need into IT solutions to enhance our reporting and tools.

You will likewise lead and contribute to a large variety of smaller and medium size projects to continuously improve our systems (SAP BW and others) and processes in order to cope with an increasing amount of data.

Building on an already strong experience of data analyst, you can efficiently handle many stakeholders. You have experience in BI tools and project management. With your open-minded approach, your curiosity, your positive attitude, and your strong collaboration skills, you thrive in delivering your best in supporting colleagues, while seeking for opportunities to continuously improve our systems and processes.

Your qualifications:
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, technology or business.
• You have 5+ years of experience from a business intelligence position, such as analyst, or the like, preferably in a global organisation.
• You have advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP and BI tools (like webi, SAC, Power BI)
• You have solid communication skills and speak and write English effortlessly.
